This is my precious little fella "Queenie", he is a tad over 8 now, completely blind now and suffers from hypertension (for which he takes norvasc 2 times per day). These are my favorite pictures of him and I think he deserves to be on the cover. He has over the years had numerous health problems (calcium oxicalte crystals for which he had surgery 2 times to have removed, his retina detached from one eye and then a year later the second eye). He is clinically blind according to the specialist ( I agree). While he is blind he manages to get around the house with no problems, when in doubt of something he puts his paw out and reaches and touches. He walks outside on a harness with me in the summer, he loves to smell the flowers and enjoys getting into my solarium when ever the door opens.
