The cart is warranteed for the life of the pet during normal usage. Damage due to negligence, abuse, or extreme useage is not covered.
With the exception of 'specialty' carts, there
is a 20 day trial period. Up to 65% of the cost of the cart, less shipping, will be refunded based on the condition of the cart. Carts returned in 'new' condition will receive the full refund. If the cart you order is a non-refundable specialty cart you will be notified by phone before the order is accepted. Carts for other than dogs and cats and carts that need to be custom-engineered are specialty carts.
4 Wheel Cart
If your pet is having trouble adjusting to the cart, call us and we may be able to offer you an extension of the trial period. We may ask for photos or video if available so we can see what might be causing a problem.
Specialty cart
Much of the process of making a cart involves labor and custom materials. Fo this reason a n order cancellation fee of up to 35% will be charged for cancellations made after cart construction
has been started in our shop.
