Carts by Eddie's Wheels, exclusive of tubes and tires, are guaranteed for the lifetime of your pet and re-imbursable by Veterinary Pet Insurance.
\When we receive the order for the cart, we will charge your credit card for 30% of the cost of the cart. At that point we bend the aluminum saddle and send it out for welding. This 30% is non-refundable and covers our initial costs. If, for any reason, you need to cancel the order before the cart is shipped, no further charges will be made. When the cart is shipped, we charge your credit card for the remainder of the cart price. Once we've shipped the cart, the sale is final. If you no longer need the cart, we will help you re-sell it. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements you make, but we will contact you if we believe any of them to be inaccurate.
If, when you receive your cart, you find that it was made to the wrong size due to inaccurate measurements, you will be charged for the time and materials for a replacement frame to be built at the correct measurements. If additional equipment is needed, such as training wheels or a counterbalance modification, we will be happy to help you place this order.
We do not offer cash refunds. If, for any reason you do not wish to keep the cart we will list it on our used cart listings at handicappedpets.com or on other websites, as appropriate, at no charge. We warranty our carts for the life of your dog. If the cart should break due to normal use, we will replace it.
Most disabled animals will adapt easily to using a cart, provided
that they are healthy and motivated enough to want to "go for a walk." We are available to help you with tips about how to encourage even the most stubborn dogs to make use of their wheels.
We will do everything we can to make your experience, and your pet's experience fulfilling.
